Please complete as much of this form as possible. Parts marked with an asterisk * are mandatory. The Trustees will primarily consider the essential project information given below. You may send supplementary documentation by using the upload button at the bottom of the form.

This is an ESSENTIAL section of the form. It should be the length of a tweet (140 characters maximum). Trustees need to understand immediately and clearly how the funds of the Trust might be spent.

Requests for amounts significantly above anything previously given are unlikely to be successful. It is also open to you to add ‘or any amount’. Please round your request figure up to a whole number and indicate what % of total budget this figure represents.

This is your chance to add detail to your project description. Again, please bear in mind the Trust’s stated funding criteria. This section should be a maximum of 250 words in length (1500 characters)

Please indicate whether confirmed or pending. This section should be a maximum of 50 words in length (300 characters).

Normally a minimum of 6 months elapses before the Trust both makes a decision and has sufficient funds in its budget.

Please plan ahead. Meetings are often a minimum of 4 months after your application date.

This section provides the opportunity to give information which places your specific proposal in its proper overall context, whether as part of a larger project or as part of the general work of the organisation. Experience suggests that a text no longer than 250 words (1500 characters maximum) can communicate the essentials. You can submit supplementary material to support your application, but in the first instance the Trust is looking for well considered, carefully focused and clearly expressed proposals.
